Lets get into what the black panther is and what exactly this text is
The black panther party was founded in 1966 in Oakland California founded by Huey Newton and Bobby Seale.
The black panther party or originally named the black panther party for self-defense, purpose was to patrol African American neighborhoods from acts of police brutality.
They openly carried arms to protect these neighborhoods.

so the black panther party was a group of black people, a whole police force but with every job replaced by a black man or women.
The black panther party had Marxist ideals.
